About D-Point51 I will be releasing some of my instrumental music and a small selection of my songs and music videos under the name D-Point 51 starting in 2025. About me I/D-Point51 am the type of man of advanced age who doesn't care about any kind of fame. Likewise, I haven't been driven to the stages of this world to party or satisfy my ego with applause. That will remain the case. It's enough for me if I had fun writing lyrics and producing music, and if as many people as possible like and enjoy the music I produce. I don't call myself an artist either. For decades, writing lyrics and producing music were simply a hobby (alongside my actual jobs) for fun and to test out what I could possibly create in this field. So, for more than 30 years, I've written lyrics and produced songs with amateur artists I've brought on board. These songs haven't been released until 2025, and some of them haven't received their final touches until 2024. Reason... Before there were MP3s or music streaming, artists had to sign contracts with record companies to release their music. Naturally, they wanted and still want to earn real money from the artist, which certainly resulted in considerable performance stress for some. You can, of course, earn a lot of money through concert tours, etc. However, I never had the ambition to be a "show-off" and perhaps constantly ruin my day with stage fright. Being recognized on the street and then observed, for example, is certainly a matter of taste. It's not my taste. Because I love and enjoy my freedom as a completely normal person, not in the public eye, and of course also as an observer. The sometimes very questionable life and activities of some of my fellow human beings were and are always a new reason for me to think about this (with a wink). When I was younger, I went to sea and traveled to almost every country in the world and, during the longer port stays back then, got to know all those with a coast through excursions. After that, I studied again and obtained academic degrees in law, economics (economics and business administration), and real estate. After that, I worked as an appraiser in the real estate sector, among other things. I also did a bit of skydiving (started over 30 years ago with an old PD- 47 parachute, which was very difficult to control due to its design and also had a comparatively high descent and landing speed by today's standards. I then received paratrooper combat training) and, for fitness, I still do some military martial arts to this day, so that the "machine" body maintains its performance. My Lyrics In my song lyrics, I occasionally tell a story from the life of someone I know. Or they deal with their moods and intentions. Some of these and other song lyrics also contain socio-critical overtones. They also present, in my opinion, a universally valid and unavoidable solution to what I consider the main global problem in every country on earth. At least if humanity wants to evolve into a peaceful and intelligent, highly developed species. I wish you much joy and enjoyment.
